The Mustard Seed Christian Bookstore Fellowship & Cafe, a non-profit, is a seed being planted in the heart of the Bitterroot Valley — small now, but full of promise. Nurtured by prayer, faith, and love, this vision was placed in the heart of a young believer by God Himself. The dream was so magnificent it felt beyond me, and yet when He simply whispered, “Build it,” I knew I could not ignore that call.

Imagine a warm, welcoming space alive with books, thoughtful gifts, and everything a Christian needs to grow: study resources for every age, materials to launch prayer groups and Bible studies, and quiet corners for personal devotion. Picture a bright children’s area where little ones play, create, and listen to Bible stories while faith-based programs inspire questions and wonder. Parents browse and connect, finding encouragement and support from volunteer pastors and counselors who give their time to listen and guide.

See kids walking in after school — safe, welcomed, and curious. Feel the conversations between neighbors who share joys and struggles, and sense Jesus at the center of it all. This is not built for profit. God made clear it should be a nonprofit — a place to give, to gather, and to bring His sheep home.

“If you ask, they will come,” He promised. “Show them the vision, and they will support you.” I believe Him. I trust Him. I trust you. I trust our community.
